Create Your Account

Getting started is simple:

 

Sign in with your Apple ID or Google ID (no need to remember another username or password).

Complete a short registration form with your basic details.

Secure your account—your privacy and data are fully protected.

Take Your First Survey

Once registered, you’ll see available surveys in your dashboard. Each survey is tailored to your specific health condition(s).

 

Answer questions honestly and thoughtfully based on your personal experience.

Surveys are quick—most take only a few minutes to complete.

Submit & Get Paid

Every time you complete a survey, you get rewarded.

 

Payments are sent via Venmo (typically within 1–2 business days).

Earn $3 per survey.

Receive up to $150 in your first year just for sharing your experiences.

Unlock More Surveys

The more you engage, the more opportunities you unlock.

 

Completing one survey may open the door to additional ones.
