How The Process Works

DXJ works in six simple steps.

Download the DXJ App

Visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, search for the DXJ app, and download it to your iPhone or Android device.

Create Your Account

Sign up using your Apple ID or Google account, so there is no need to create a separate username and password. Then complete the registration questions with your information.

Take Surveys

Read each question carefully and answer based on your personal health experiences.

Submit Your Survey

Make sure you have an active Venmo account before submitting your survey responses so you can receive payment.

Unlock more surveys

After you successfully submit a survey, additional questions may become available if more surveys are open to you.

Receive Cash Through Venmo

Once you complete eligible surveys about your medication or condition, payment will be sent through Venmo. If you do not already have a Venmo account, you will need to create one to get paid.

Your Feedback Can Help Make a Difference

The future of healthcare depends on patients like you sharing their experiences. By participating in DXJ, you join a community taking an active role in supporting better health outcomes that reflect patients’ real needs and priorities. You can complete as many eligible surveys as are available, allowing your compensation to add up over time. Most importantly, your responses can help improve healthcare for others living with the same chronic conditions.
